This Jensen Interceptor MK3 is undoubtedly one of the best you are going to find. It has clearly been very well preserved during its life and in recent years significant expense has been incurred in a bare metal respray to an exceptionally high standard with near flawless paint whilst the interior has also been totally refurbished and looks as good if not better than when it came out of the showroom. The mileage shows as 46,769 and although we do not have a complete MOT history we have sufficient to suggest the mileage is correct.

The car started life as a works demonstrator and we have lots of records on the file including its production record and even body finishing line inspection notes. In fact there are many pages of records relating to the production and early history of the car with Jensen along with a letter and invoice confirming the sale of the car by Jensen as an ex demonstrator in 1973.

All of the electrics work including the dual horn switch. The air con is also in working condition. Fitted with the 7,2 litre 440 ci engine, the car fires up on the button and quickly settles into a nice tick over. The engine is smoke free and the car drives as you would expect and pulls exceptionally well and moves through the gears without issue.

More recently the car has had a full service and has also been fitted with a new radiator, a new water pump and hoses. The underside of the car is exceptionally clean and tidy. The alloy wheels are all in superb condition.There is not much to dislike about this car with fabulous paint, an as new interior and a low mileage engine. The photographs demonstrate what a fine example this is, but to truly appreciate it, we urge anyone who is interested to come and view, you won't be disappointed.
