Description

This AC Greyhound was registered in 1961 and is one of just 83 cars manufactured.

The car is fitted with a Bristol 100A 1971cc engine which has been subject to a considerable amount of recent work including new main/big end/camshaft bearings along with new pistons.

The car was resprayed around ten years ago to a superb standard, looking as fresh today as it did then. The metallic blue colour goes exceptionally well with the original black leather interior which is nicely patinated.

The car has a webasto roof which is in excellent condition and the roof lining is near perfect. The original dashboard is also in very good order.

The car has a triple Weber configuration and runs and pulls exceptionally well with a superb noise generated by the Bristol engine.

This is a rare car and we feel a model that is yet to receive the recognition it deserves, leaving plenty of room for appreciation in value over the coming years.

We would rate the overall condition of the car as A1+. You get close to DB5 looks for a fraction of the price!
