This Jaguar MK2 3.8 manual with overdrive has come to us from a deceased estate. The car belonged to a South African gentleman who moved to the UK four years ago and brought the car with him having bought it many years ago. In more recent times he had started to strip the car with the intention of restoring it, but ill health prevented that. The car has been stripped of various bits of external and internal trim all of which we have, but that is as far as the restoration progressed.

The car is in need of full restoration. The engine does not turn and there are areas of rust on the bodywork.The underside of the car is showing rust and some areas will need attention.

The next custodian will have to arrange UK registration which should be straightforward. We have all of the import documentation on file and there were no duties as the car was brought here under a transfer of residency arrangement.
