Description
This 1955 MG TF1500 has just emerged from a complete restoration which has been from the chassis up. This has included the following list of works:-
Chassis blasted and painted
New springs and bushes
New brake lines, wheel cylinders and shoes and master cylinder
New steering rack
All body panels blasted and painted
New ash frame
Engine rebuild
Gearbox rebuild
Rear axle overhaul
New interior trim and carpet
New floor boards as required
New hood
Dynamator fitted
New wiring
Radiator refurbished.
All in the car has been completely gone through and all that is left to do is run the engine in. This is a rare TF1500 which originally started life in the US, but has been repatriated and converted to right hand drive during the restoration process. The car looks very fetching in red with wire wheels and black interior trim. We consider the price of £27,995 to be very competitive for a freshly rebuilt car that needs nothing done.
