1947 MG TC
£27,995
1947 MG TC

This lovely 1947 MG TC has been the subject of a significant restoration over several years which has only been completed within the last few months. The car was rebuilt from the chassis up which shows in the condition today with a super underneath and a body which is fresh from a full respray. All elements of the car have been attended to with a new body tub and panels including the doors. The brakes have all been renewed. The chassis was shot blasted and painted. The car has had new king pins, road spring bushes, new wiring loom, new hood, all of the chrome work has been re-chromed. The engine which is a Gold Seal replacement has also been fully refurbished in recent years. The car has then been finished in MG clipper blue with beige hide interior and matching hood. All new side screens. As you will see from the photographs the car looks superb. The history file contains lots of miscellaneous invoices relating to the rebuild along with a TC instruction manual and a full list of everything that has been done during the rebuild process. A perfect TC to start 2021 with!

1970 Morris Minor Pickup
£19,750

This exceptional 1970 Morris Minor Pickup is the result of a total restoration carried out between 1999 and 2002 by Classic Car Service based in Maidstone. The restoration was completed to a very high standard with every aspect of mechanical and body restoration dealt with resulting in a Pick-Up which is like new and undoubtedly one of the best you are going to find in the UK. The restoration cost over £13,000 in 1999 an amount which would be significantly higher in today's world. The restoration is fully documented by invoices and importantly a photographic record. If you want a potential show winning Pick Up for next season you will struggle to find a better one. The Pick Up was only driven once after the restoration was completed and that was to the MOT centre after which it was placed into heated storage and has been preserved perfectly for its awakening in recent weeks. We have carried out a comprehensive recommissioning process including cleaning the fuel lines, fitting five new tyres and a full service. This Morris starts on the button and really feels tight and drives like something fresh from the showroom. The paint finish is exceptionally good and the interior is all new as the photographs will demonstrate. The engine bay is also like new. The tilt is in superb order and the loading bay also looks restoration fresh. The underside is all painted and again restoration fresh. We have taken far more photographs than we would normally do just to give you a flavour of how good this Morris is. In the file you will find lots on old invoices mainly relating to the total restoration. There is also an old style V5 along with lots of photographs of the restoration and a Morris Operation Manual. When you see this Pick Up you will want to own it, it really is a lovely thing that would be hard to replicate now without it costing tens of thousands. We strongly recommend viewing to fully appreciate how nice this Morris is.

1973 Triumph GT6
£14,995

This 1973 Triumph GT6 is an older restoration that has completed only a few thousand miles since its restoration and consequently remains in superb condition with a very nice paint finish and an interior that is very clean with an excellent dashboard and unmarked seats. The car is also relatively low mileage with 62,920 miles showing on the clock which we can verify with MOT certificates going back to 1981. In fact the history file goes back even further than that with invoices dated 1977. The main restoration of the car took place in 1998/99 when it was treated to a full body refurbishment including a bare metal respray which is fully documented in invoices and a large number of photographs. The mileage at that time was 57,124 which compares with today's mileage of just 62,920 miles. The paint on the car continues to look very sharp and is blemish free, it really does look superb as the photographs will demonstrate. The car is fitted with a webasto sunroof which is perfect for hot summer days. The car starts on the button and sounds great. It pulls through the gears without issue and runs cleanly as you would expect of a relatively low mileage car. A useful upgrade the car has is electronic ignition. The car also benefits from a retro style radio with aux socket, USB socket, SD card reader and blue tooth. The history file is excellent with a large number of MOT certificates which warrant the mileage along with lots of invoices showing general maintenance over the years which starts from 1977. There is also a GT6 handbook and there is a certificate from British Motor Industry Heritage Trust confirming that this is a matching numbers car. This really is a well sorted GT6 that has clearly been well cared for over the years. It has excellent provenance and comes with an advisory free MOT which expires around this time next year.

1954 MG TF 1250
£24,995

This lovely MG TF 1250 comes with excellent provenance having had only four custodians, two of whom are from the same family. The car started life as a 17th birthday present to the first owner who retained the car from 1954 to 2009. It was then kept by the second owner for 2 years before being sold to the family of the current custodian. The mileage shows as 54,000 which is believed genuine and the fact that the original seats have survived largely in tact demonstrates this along with the known provenance of the car which we have on file. Around 2010/11 the car was subjected to a complete body refurbishment to a high standard which involved taking the car back to the chassis and fitting it with a new body tub, restoring and replacing panels where necessary and finishing it off with a high standard of paint finish. The restoration also importantly included a new wiring loom and anything that needed to be refurbished was done so. In recent months the temperature gauge capillary tube has been replaced and everything on the car works as it should. We have lots of photographs on file showing the extensive restoration which was carried out. The paint even now still looks fresh and the chrome also remains in good order. The car still has its original wet weather gear which remains in good condition. The original seats are showing their age, but remain in quite good order and we feel should not be restored as it really adds to the character of the car. The engine has not been restored and is low mileage for a car of this age. The engine runs well with no issues, it does not smoke and pulls well through the gears. Overall, this is a very nicely restored example of a TF 1250 which has been well maintained and should deliver many years of trouble free motoring if looked after. It has great provenance with a low number of owners.

1955 MG TF 1500
£27,995

This 1955 MG TF 1500 has resided with the same family since 1962. The car was placed into storage at some point in the 60s and has been there ever since until this year when it was subjected to a full process of recommissioning. The car has been very well preserved indeed over the decades and as a result was only in need of recommissioning process which involved stripping and cleaning the engine which was found to be in excellent condition and then a process of repainting various body panels along with other general recommissioning. Other work carried out includes a complete re-wire, removal of the gearbox and the mounts and the front oil seal were replaced. The chassis was cleaned and treated with waxoyl. The brake shoes were replaced the entire braking system checked with fluids replaced. All brightwork was re-chromed or renewed. A new stainless steel exhaust system has been fitted. The wheels were blasted and repainted and new tyres have been fitted. The end result as you will see in the photographs is a superb looking example of what is a relatively rare car. The history file includes the original buff log book which confirms that this car has had only six keepers during its life, the last of which bought the car in May 1962. The buff log bog also confirms this to be a home market right hand drive car. The paint on the car is excellent having been the subject of a full respray and the interior is largely unmarked although the dashboard is showing its age with some light surface rust in places. The hood is also in excellent condition. The car also has a full complement of wet weather gear. The car starts on the button and runs cleanly and pulls through the gears without issue. The TF 1500 is undoubtedly the car to have given its rarity and greater power output. This particular example presents extremely well and has a full ownership history and is now ready for its next custodian.

1969 Morris 1800 S
£10,995

This Morris 1800S is Landcrab heaven! The car was subjected to an extensive and most thorough restoration over a two year period to create a car that is effectively like new. The restoration has left nothing untouched and the end result is a car that has won awards and will continue to do so for its next custodian. The restoration included having the underside zinc coated prior to painting and the paint finish that has been achieved on the car is to a very high standard indeed. The interior has been refurbished where necessary and all mechanical components have been refurbished or replaced, many of which were new old stock. The photographs of the car really demonstrate just how good this car looks and it does not end there! It also drives as good as it looks with a smooth gear change combined with plenty of power from the 1800 twin carb engine and of course a very smooth ride with the suspension set up these cars come with. One useful upgrade on the car is the fitment of a dynamator. The car has an advisory free MOT as you would anticipate for a car of this standard. The car is currently fitted with genuine Minilite wheels, but also comes with a full set of standard wheels with trim that have been refurbished. There is also a spare windscreen. The history file contains lots of invoices and photographs of the restoration along with MOT certificates and a plethora of cups and awards that the car has won. There are also two videos of films which the car has starred in. The cost of restoring a car to the standard of this car would go into the 10s of thousands which makes our asking price a snip for a car that will provide many years of superb motoring combined with lots of opportunities to attend shows and win awards! You will be hard pressed to find a better example of what is a very rare variant of the AD017 model especially in the "S" form. Values of these cars are just starting to play catch up and we think they have lots of potential. We may well have missed the 2020 show season, but this car is the perfect way to be ready for 2021!

1953 Riley RMF
£12,495

This Riley RMF was one of the last to leave the production line. This is a very original unrestored car showing just over 49,000 miles which might well be correct. This is a low ownership car with a nice history file including a receipt for when the car was purchased second hand in 1958. The RMF is well equipped with a 2,5 litre power plant with hydraulic brakes all round and this car is also fitted with a rev counter including a clock. The car start on the button and the engine runs cleanly and quietly. The gearbox has been stripped in recent years and the car moves through the gears without issue. These are rare cars with just over 1,000 having been manufactured and they do not come to market that often. This is a very original car which shows the blemishes of its near 70 year existence and for someone seeking a car that is true to when it first left the production line, this car is ideal and ready for the season ahead.
